Business Terms

1. Eligibility & authorization

By submitting a listing, you confirm that you are the owner, operator, or an authorized representative of the business, and that you have the legal authority to submit it, accept these terms, and grant LetsGoal the rights described below.

2. Accuracy of submitted information

You agree that the business information you submit (name, address, hours, TVs, sound, capacity, age policy, specials, cultural connections, etc.) is accurate and up to date to the best of your knowledge at the time of submission. You agree to update or report changes promptly.

3. License to display

You grant LetsGoal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, format, excerpt, and promote the information, photos, logos, and content you submit for the purpose of operating LetsGoal and marketing the directory. You retain ownership of your submissions.

3a. Photo and image rights

You represent and warrant that you own or have full rights to every photo, logo, or image you upload, and that you have the authority to grant LetsGoal the license described above. You are solely responsible for any third-party rights (photographer, model, trademark, venue interior, artwork, signage) associated with images you submit. LetsGoal may remove any image at its discretion in response to a rights complaint or for editorial reasons.

4. Editorial discretion

LetsGoal may edit, verify, relabel, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at any time at our sole discretion — including to correct factual errors, enforce these terms, manage placement quality, or respond to user reports.

5. Paid packages & scope

Paid packages, featured placements, boosts, and similar paid visibility are sold for a defined duration as described at checkout. Paid visibility does not guarantee Matchday Passport recommendation, organic ranking, traffic, sales, reservations, peak-time exposure, impressions, deal redemption, revenue, or any specific business outcome.

5a. Passport tiers

LetsGoal may apply, change, or remove tier labels on a listing at its discretion:

• Claimed — the listing has been claimed by the business or its representative, with owner-submitted details.
• Enhanced — the listing has additional Cultural + Matchday Fit details that improve discoverability in Matchday Passport.
• Verified Watch Spot — LetsGoal has separately verified key matchday signals (such as TVs, sound on, broadcast intent) at the venue.
• Featured — a paid placement in labeled Sponsored/Featured surfaces.

None of these tiers guarantees Matchday Passport placement, ranking, traffic, sales, or peak-time exposure. Organic Matchday Passport recommendations are based on fit signals (route, safety, vibe, group, mobility, tags, user intent) and are not influenced by paid Featured status.

5b. Featured rotation & visible caps

Featured Matchday Boost, Featured Week Boost, and similar Featured placements rotate across eligible businesses and are subject to visible caps on the number of Featured slots shown in any one surface at any one time. LetsGoal does not guarantee continuous, exclusive, or top-of-page placement, and may rotate, throttle, or temporarily suppress Featured slots to maintain a fair user experience. All paid placements are clearly labeled (for example, "Sponsored · Featured").

6. Approval & rejection

All listings are subject to review prior to publication. LetsGoal may approve, request revisions, or reject submissions that are inaccurate, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with these terms.

7. Refunds & cancellation

Paid listings are refundable if the submission is rejected before publication. Once a paid placement has begun, it is non-refundable unless LetsGoal, in its sole discretion, decides otherwise (for example, in cases of clear platform error).

8. Owner responsibility for compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any event, watch party, or activity associated with your listing complies with all applicable laws and obligations, including but not limited to:

• Required permits and business licenses
• Broadcast, streaming, and public-viewing rights for any match shown
• Music licensing (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or equivalent)
• Food and alcohol service licensing
• Age restrictions and ID checks
• Capacity limits, crowd safety, and emergency egress
• ADA / accessibility obligations
• All other local, state, and federal laws

LetsGoal does not provide legal, licensing, or compliance advice and assumes no responsibility for your business operations.

9. Prohibited content

You may not submit content that:

• Claims false official affiliation with FIFA, host committees, teams, leagues, broadcasters, or rights holders
• Misleads fans about match coverage, broadcast availability, or event status
• Infringes any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or exclusionary language toward any team, country, or community
• Advertises fake or non-existent specials or deals
• Promotes unsafe, illegal, or unpermitted events

10. Cultural connection claims

Cultural connections, country/team affinities, and similar claims are owner-submitted unless separately verified by LetsGoal. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of such claims and for ensuring they are not misleading or exclusionary.

10a. Passport Perks, specials & Claim Codes

If you submit a Passport Perk, signature item, matchday special, or similar offer, you are responsible for honoring it as described or for updating or removing it before users see it. Offers must be lawful, accurate, available during the stated window, and consistent with all required licensing (food, alcohol, age, broadcast, music).

When a user taps "Claim This Perk," LetsGoal generates a reference Claim Code (for example, LetsGoal-XXXXX) that records user intent to claim the offer. Claim Codes are reference IDs, not LetsGoal-verified one-time coupons, and LetsGoal does not redeem, validate, count, or enforce them on your behalf. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to honor any claim presented at your venue.

11. Sponsored / paid placement disclosure

Paid placements are labeled on the public site (for example, "Sponsored · Featured" or "Sponsored deal"). You agree these disclosures may appear alongside your listing and that LetsGoal may adjust label wording to meet platform, regulatory, or editorial standards. LetsGoal may also edit, reject, remove, verify, downgrade, relabel, or reclassify any listing, tag, perk, or tier at its sole discretion.

12. Takedown & dispute

Trademark holders, businesses, and users may request corrections or takedowns via our Report a Listing page or by emailing hello@letsgoal.us. LetsGoal will review reports in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
