1. About LetsGoal

LetsGoal.us is an independent fan guide, venue directory, and matchday planning tool for soccer supporters in the United States. We help fans discover watch spots, events, deals, and gear around major tournaments. LetsGoal is not a ticketing platform, broadcaster, host committee, or official tournament organizer.

2. User responsibilities

You agree to use LetsGoal for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have a separate business agreement with us. You will not scrape, resell, misrepresent, or abuse the site, attempt to bypass paid placement, or submit content you do not have the right to submit.

3. Business-submitted content

Many listing details, photos, deals, cultural connections, and matchday details are owner-submitted by the business or its representatives. LetsGoal performs editorial review but does not independently verify every claim. Owner-submitted details may change without notice.

4. No guarantee

LetsGoal makes no guarantee regarding venue availability, hours, capacity, safety, age policies, reservations, audio/sound, the presence of TVs or projectors, food or drink specials, match viewing, broadcast rights, or any specific match coverage at any venue. Always confirm critical details directly with the venue or event organizer before attending or making plans.

Paid placement, "Featured," "Sponsored," or any boosted visibility does not guarantee Passport recommendation, organic ranking, traffic, reservations, revenue, or any specific business outcome.

5. No affiliation

LetsGoal is an independent fan guide. LetsGoal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, U.S. Soccer, Canada Soccer, the FMF, any host-city organizing committee, or any official rights holder or broadcaster. "World Cup," "FIFA," team names, and tournament marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial reference only.

6. Intellectual property & nominative fair use

All third-party trademarks, logos, team crests, and tournament marks belong to their respective owners. References to teams, tournaments, leagues, or organizing bodies are made under nominative fair use solely for the purpose of identifying matches, fan interest, and editorial context. LetsGoal claims no ownership of those marks.

All original LetsGoal content (writing, design, curation, photography we license or create) is © LetsGoal and may not be copied without permission.

7. Payments and listings

Business listings, featured slots, boosts, and other paid placements are offered subject to availability, review, and scheduling. Refund and cancellation rules for paid listings are described in our Business Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

LetsGoal is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetsGoal disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. LetsGoal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at any listed venue or event.

9. Passport Claim Codes

"Claim This Perk" generates a reference Claim Code such as LetsGoal-XXXXX that records user intent to claim a business-submitted offer. It is not a verified one-time coupon, is not redeemed or validated by LetsGoal, and does not guarantee that the business will honor the offer. Users should confirm availability and terms directly with the venue. LetsGoal is not responsible for any business's decision to honor, modify, or refuse an offer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of LetsGoal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
